The price is payable in full after confirmation of the order.

Payment is made immediately upon ordering by credit card or by any other online payment service chosen by GEZER.

The Buyer expressly declares that he/she has all the necessary authorisations to use the method of payment that he/she has chosen when validating his/her order.

GEZER also reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery in the event of refusal to issue a payment authorisation by the financial organisations questioned according to the payment method chosen by the Buyer.

Likewise, it reserves the right to refuse to accept an order or make a delivery from a Buyer with whom a serious dispute is in progress. The Buyer is furthermore informed that GEZER may proceed with the analysis and/or verification of orders placed in order to fight against fraud, and in this context reserves the possibility of requesting from the Buyer any proof that it deems useful. At the end of this procedure, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery, even in the case of payment authorisation issued by the financial organisations concerned, in the event that this analysis and/or these verifications suggest that the said order has been placed in fraud of the rights of a third party. The Company shall not be liable for any misappropriation or fraudulent use of any means of payment that has not been detected by this analysis and/or verification procedure.

The Site is equipped with a secure online payment system allowing the Buyer to encrypt the transmission of his/her bank details. The transaction is thus carried out via a secure connection and a secure payment module.

The Buyer’s bank details are encrypted and therefore totally protected.

In the same way, the Buyer’s credit card number is never visible and/or kept by GEZER if he chooses, during an order or directly from his account, to save a payment card for future purchases. The banking data are thus confidential.

The Buyer will receive the invoice for the order, including any delivery charges, by email or upon delivery of the Products.

The invoice shall include details of the price of each Product exclusive of tax with, where applicable, the amount of VAT calculated on the total exclusive of tax and included in the total inclusive of tax.

The Buyer will also be able to download and print their payment receipt from their Customer Account.

GEZER reserves the right, when the agreed price is not paid on the due date, either to request the execution of the sale or to cancel the contract by any written means.

In the event of late payment, GEZER may also suspend all outstanding orders from the Buyer, without prejudice to any other actions.
